However, it’s been said on the forums by blue posters that if an item’s level doesn’t match the mob’s level, it’s probably not on the loot table anymore. I can’t say for sure if this is the case with the Foreman vest since it’s only a difference of two levels between item and rare, but I do hope the devs will find a way to bring back these items.
