This is one of the most effective mixings of items from a whole range of Tiers I’ve ever seen! Because I play a Shaman, I can look at this and say “that piece is from Tier X, this piece is from Tier Y, and this other piece here is from Tier Z”, but they all go so well together and make such a cohesive appearance that the whole design could be a Tier of its own. Plus, the boldness of the red and blue together looks great!

The addition of the red in the dress/shield goes well with the bronze of the shoulder spikes and the blue ties the whole lot together.
