I’m glad you managed to get the achievement after all that. Our match was over pretty quickly and even in our first four minutes, it seemed like we had made great progress. Times like these, working together makes all the difference.

I think non-pvp healers are less of a hindrance in battlegrounds than any other role … as long as we have a rough idea of where to be and what to use if something targets you.

The first couple of battles were similar to your first one .. graveyard camping by the alliance. The third one I got in part way through … horde were beating alliance and alliance adopted the tactic of leaving the battleground .. which meant it ended prematurely … no achievement gained.

Went into another one, started from scratch, we started winning again, and alliance started dropping out again .. once again we ended up with the battleground finishing before anyone won.

Finally, with a concerted effort to “feed the alliance” (let them think they were winning), we kept them in the game long enough to actually complete the battleground and win … not really how it’s supposed to be done, but we got the win and the achievement :-)
