Ankha
Ankha, a neutral spirit cat located in the Regrowth in Mount Hyjal. This model looks very similar to Gondria, however, this one has a white body and black stripes. Ankha is immune to all CC and is buffed with Metal Cleaver – which increases the player’s damage taken based on their armour rating. So, take off all your gear with armour and tame Ankha, or else be one-shot.

Ban'thalos
Ban’thalos, a neutral spirit ghost owl paths by the Sanctuary of Malorne in Mount Hyjal. The challenge is that Ban’thalos flies around extremely high up, so be prepared to take fall damage or position yourself on a convenient ledge. When aggroed, Ban’thalos attacks with Harsh Moonlight – Call upon the harsh light of Elune to burn foes. Deals Arcane damage over 4 sec..

Blazewing
Blazewing, while categorised as an elemental, looks very similar to the Ashes of Al’ar with a golden body and fiery wings. He flies around central Hyjal, to the east of the Regrowth. As a level 81 mob, he’s fairly easy to kill – just remember not to let Flame Buffet stack too high while taking your pics :P

Garr
If fighting Garr in Molten Core wasn’t enough, you may find him to the west of the Sulfuron Spire with his usual posse of mini rock elementals. He’s one of the five Group Elites.

Magria
Magria, the other non-aggressive spirit cat is also located in the Regrowth in Mount Hyjal along with Anhka. If you’re aiming to tame this one, the same strategy will need to be used as Anhka. Out of the spectral tigers, Magria looks the most distinctive with a blue body and black stripes.

Terropene
Terrorpene is the awesome looking fiery turtle located in the lava surrounding Sulfuron Spire, this mob has a distinctive fiery and spiked shell that makes it unique from the other turtles. He’s fairly easy to tame, even at lower levels although some fire resistance may help negate Burning Hatred for levelling hunters.

Thartuk the Exile
Thartuk the Exile is a two-headed gronn that likes to stroll along the path in Northern Hyjal around Nordrassil. He’s hard to miss because of his size and fiery Gladiator’s Pummelers.

Ok, since this zone had THREE spirit beasts, I just have to mention that I had a bugger of a job, taking a decent shot of two of them. I don’t know how many I took in the end but I was determined to keep taking screenies until I was happy with one ;P
