I’ve been meaning to add this pet to my collection for a while. In fact, I tried to do this quest on the beta but the quest wasn’t available from the NPC, so tonight I set out to finally get it on my Alliance toon.
All you have to do is talk to Vin behind the Orphanage in Stormwind City. She offers the quest Blown Away which requires you to collect 5 Windswept Balloons around the City.
The quest seemed to be more difficult compared to the Horde version since I couldn’t find any initially. Luckily, Tome was still on so I asked her about it. She confirmed that it wasn’t as easy as the Horde one but to look around the trees, etc. Sure enough, I found them after about 2mins tops.
